Neurotoxins

Neurotoxins are prescription medications that temporarily relax specific facial muscles responsible for creating expression lines. By reducing repeated muscle movement, treatment softens existing wrinkles while helping prevent them from becoming more pronounced over time.
At Northland Med Aesthetics, neurotoxin treatment is never one-size-fits-all. The goal isn't to freeze your expression, but to create a refreshed, balanced appearance while preserving natural movement.
Neurotoxins can also be used for much more than the forehead and "11s." Depending on your goals, treatment may help soften crow's feet, lift the corners of the mouth, smooth chin dimpling, create a subtle lip flip, relax the jawline, and address a variety of other facial muscles.

I offer Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® because each is an excellent product. More important than the brand is selecting the right dose and placement for your unique facial anatomy and goals.
Results typically begin to appear within several days, with full results developing over approximately two weeks. Most patients choose to maintain their results every 3–4 months.
