Meet Natalie
Natalie Gustafson, NP
Experience, artistry, and a personal approach to care.
Natalie began her nursing career in critical care in 2005 and earned her Master of Science degree from the University of North Dakota in 2012. She practiced family medicine for more than a decade before dedicating her work fully to aesthetic medicine in 2022.

Since opening Northland Med Aesthetics in 2019, Natalie has continued advanced education in injectables, biostimulators, CO₂ laser resurfacing, broadband light, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare—including a two-year aesthetic training program and hands-on training with leading providers and plastic surgeons.
She values long-term relationships and thoughtful treatment plans that respect your features, goals, and lifestyle. She also collaborates with her husband, Dr. Derek Gustafson, DDS, on aesthetic and dental care.
Beyond the clinic
Natalie’s greatest joy is raising her three children to be kind, respectful, and grounded in their love for the Lord. She would love to welcome you and help you feel confident in your skin.
